How to get to Lemon Gum B&B

Coming from Adelaide through Penola take the Penola Road going south. Turn left opposite the Mount Gambier airport on Dycer Road. Take the next turn right. Lemon Gum is the next house on the left.

Coming from Melbourne, take the highway right into Mt Gambier and turn right at the MacDonalds roundabout onto Penola Road. Take the Penola Road out of town and turn right on Mingbool Rd (just on the outskirts of town). Take this road for approx. 4kms. Lemon Gum is 4 kms along on the right.

It is possible to catch a taxi in town or the airport to be taken to us. Buses travel frequently from the capital cities to Mount Gambier, but there are no buses or trains coming out to us.

Out and About

The beach and the Glenelg River are 20 minutes drive away. Shopping is 5 minutes drive away in Mount Gambier. The caves are 5 minutes away. The Coonawarra wine region is 30 minutes away.

Instructions for after hours key collection

There will always be someone there to hand the keys over. If this is not the case we will work out collection prior to the date of arrival.
