Situated at Saunders Gorge Sanctuary, nestled in the rugged foothills of the eastern slopes of the Mount Lofty Ranges, 18 kilometres east of Mount Pleasant on the Walker Flat road between the Barossa Valley and the mighty River Murray. Guests can explore and enjoy the abundant fauna and flora in the rugged Australian heritage listed Saunders Gorge. A four wheel drive vehicle tour of the property can be combined with your stay at Boundary Cottage. The cottage is over 100 years old and has been completely renovated. Furnishings are a mixture of old world and new pine. Saunders Gorge Sanctuary has Eco Tourism accreditation.
