84 The Spit is a 3.5 Star Holiday Apartment complex in a 5 star location - an unbelievable position for a relaxed family holiday at reasonable rates. The 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous Mooloolaba spit. Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia.
All apartments are spacious and fully self contained. Our 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. We have a 4 Bedroom Penthouse with studio available with breathtaking views. All apartments are sunny and north facing.
There are spectacular Ocean & Beach views or peaceful foreshore views available.
A great place for a family holiday with direct boardwalk and beach access with no Roads to cross. You can have a pleasant stroll to the Surf Club and Cafes of the Mooloolaba Esplanade or visit Underwater World & the Wharf Complex.

Follow the Esplande past the Surf Club and turn left into Parkyn Parade. 15km from Sunshine Coast Airport and 110km from Brisbane Airport. Bus transfers are available from both airports

Out and About
You can have a pleasant stroll or jog along the boardwalk. The Surf Club and Cafes of the Mooloolaba Esplanade are a short 200m walk along the Boardwalk. Underwater World & the Wharf Complex of shops and restaurants are a minute walk away. The Australia Zoo bus collects visitors within 150m of the front door.
