Our property is rated 4 out of 5 by our guests And is NON SMOKING, so who is more important’ We offer boutique Motel Accommodation with Ensuites, air-conditioning, T.V. Bar Fridge, Tea and coffee making and some rooms have a small private balcony and of course we have our BUDGET rooms that have a queen bed tea and coffee making, TV, pedestal fan with share toilets and showers. We are a short stroll across the road and through National Park to beautiful Coolum Beach, which boasts swimming, fishing, surfing, walking and is now home to the Kite Festival. Our property is also within flat walking distance to restaurants, clubs etc, or if you wish we have a fully equiped kitchen and BBQ area for all to use. Our rooms do not cater for children.
Our property is unique in the fact that we can offer a lot of different styles of accommodation and is totally NON SMOKING so for those who like quality accommodation at a more than reasonable price down to the very budget minded. We can offer rooms with queen or twin beds (sleeps 2 per room) ensuites, bar fridge, air conditioning, TV, Tea and Coffee making. For the VERY budget minded there is also queen beds with tea and coffee making and TV BUT WITH SHARED TOILETS AND SHOWERS. We also have a fully equipped modern COMMUNAL kitchen, BBQ area and swimming pool, there is no undercover parking but we do have a secure key lock up entry to the property for peace of mind.
