Maroochydore is within walking distance to the north, Mooloolaba in walking distance to the south, Ocean Boulevard is located at Alexandra Headland, directly across from the beautiful Alex beach and surf club, just a short stroll to a whole range of the Coast’s finest restaurants and cafes.

At Ocean Boulevard you can discover the relaxing lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast as you gaze out over the Pacific Ocean from your private balcony while sipping on your favorite beverage or take a tour to one of the regions many attractions.

Extra Guest / Children
We market ourselves as a Couples Retreat and do not have facilities for children due to our apartments all being one bedrooms. All apartments however have sofa beds avalible on request for an extra charge of $22 per night.


How to get to Ocean Boulevard
Virgin Blue, Jetstar and Qantas fly direct to Maroochydore airport. From there you can take a taxi or Airport shuttle bus to Ocean Boulevard.

If driving from Brisbane take the Mooloolaba exit off the Bruce Highway and follow the road around until it runs along the beach front. You'll find Ocean Boulevard about 1.5klm north of Mooloolaba, 200 metres north of Alex Surf Club.


Out and About
Venture out on a Trike (3 Wheel motorbike); cruise through the lush rolling hills of the Blackall Range taking in the spectacular views and stop off at one of the areas fine restaurants for lunch.
Alternatively, tantalize your taste buds with a tour of the Sunshine Coasts Local Winery’s & be treated to a special Malaney cheese platter for two.
In the afternoon, kick back and enjoy complimentary bubbles and nibbles on a romantic sunset cruise, or board a private cruise tailored to you own needs, the perfect prelude to an evening out in Mooloolaba/ Maroochydore.
Dine by candlelight at one of the areas fine waterfront restaurants and enjoy a selection of fresh seafood or one of the many award winning world dishes.
Finish off the evening with a moonlit walk along the beach.
