Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for this property forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

Extra Guest / Children

A maximum of 4 guests are permitted to stay at the apartment at any given time. A fifth guest is permitted at an additional charge.
Additional adults are charged at a rate of $50 per person per night, including bedding.
Additional children are charged at a rate of $30 per child per night, including bedding.
Port-A-Cots and high chairs available free of charge.
If there are to be more than four people (adults or children) prior consent is required.

PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO RECEPTION AND GUESTS ARE MET BY APPOINTMENT TO CHECK IN. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY APARTMENT HOTEL TO ORGANISE CHECK IN TIMES. It is important that a valid email &/or telephone number is provided. CHECK IN: Guests will be met at the apartment by pre arranged appointment, where they will be provided with keys, required to finalise payments, and given a brief rundown of the apartments facilities. CHECK OUT: Guests simply need to leave the keys in the apartment ensuring the door locks behind them when they leave.

Taxis can be directed to the property address, suggesting it is right near #1 Oxford Street. Costs can vary from $35-50 from airport. Limousines are $55-$66. Travel time is approx 10-15 mins, traffic permitting.
Bus stop 30 secs walk away.
Museum train station is 5 minutes walk away. Airport Link trains run direct to Museum Station, costs $13 and takes 12 minutes.
