Instructions for after hours key collection

When you are in the airport or 1/2 hour before arrival to the apartment, please call. Either Kim or Trish will meet you at the lobby, show you the apartment and the facilities in the building. Our phone number will appear on your confirmation email. Outside business hours: We have a security safe box outside our office at 91 to 93 Macleay street. It is located above the mail box. If your arrival is outside business hours, we will call and e-mail you the pin number and instructions to open the safe box. Inside the safe box, please take the envelope with an attention to your name. Inside the envelope, there will be a welcome letter/instruction, and the keys for the apartment.
