Centennial Park was dedicated by Sir Henry Parkes as a public open space in 1888 and was the venue for the inauguration of Federation in 1901. This event is now marked by the Federation Pavilion.
With over 360 hectares, the Parklands are at the city's door step and will provide hours of fun for the whole family, from walks, picnics, horse riding, golf to the Fox Studios, there is something for everyone.
