The registered guest of the apartment is legally responsible and liable for all damage/harm caused by any object leaving the apartment.
Reception will require upon your arrival the following credit card bond (pre-auth).
$100 for Studio & 1-Bed Apt / $200 for 2-Bed Apt / $300 for 3-Bed Apt. These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for Studio & 1-Bed Apt / $500 for 2-Bed Apt & 3-Bed Apt.
