The Blaxland hotel is located in Ryde, and is centrally placed for customers wishing to visit North Ryde for business, or to go to events at Homebush. We are located on the Ryde TAFE College campus & also have our own conference & function facilities on the grounds. All of our 24 hotel rooms are well kept, offering all ammenities to hotel guests.
Please note that we do not have internet connections in the hotel.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations.

Extra Guest / Children
Extra guests are charged at $40 extra per person, per night. This rate includes full hot breakfast.
Children under 3 years old are free of charge. Children 3-12 years will be charged at $20 per night, per child.
If you book a single room, extra guests will be payable at $40.00 pp. per night.



How to get to The Blaxland Hotel
From the city - take Epping road to North Ryde. Turn right onto Lane cove road. Blaxland road is a left hand turn from this road.

From the airport, it will take about 45 minutes in a taxi.

Buses run fromt he front of the hotel to btoht he city & to Epping.

A train to West Ryde station & then just a short taxi ride to the hotel.

Out and About
North Ryde business park.
Homebush Bay, Telstra Stadium, Sydney Showgrounds & superdome. Ryde aquatic centre.

All hotel rooms have internet connection plugs. Faxing, photocopying & printing is available at reception.

Cafe is located at reception, serving cofffee & cake & small cafe meals most evenings.
Walking trail through the college grounds. A golf hole, tennis court & bowling green.
Car Parking:
Car parking is aviailable at both the front of the hotel, from the Blaxland road entrance - you will just need to bus the buzzer on the boomgate & wait for it to be opened. Or the main carpark is located on Parkes Street, Ryde. Guest will need to go through the main TAFE college gates. Hotel guest do not meed to pay for car parking. Drive to the top of the hill, following the blue line & the signs for the hotel.

Instructions for after hours key collection
Reception closes at 11pm - therefore is arriving after this time, there is a phone at the front doors of the hotel - from the Blaxland Road entrance. Follow the instructions on the phone & security will allow access to the hotel. Please ensure you clearly state that you will be late, if you intend to arrive after 11pm.
