The landmark Grace Building is recognised as one of Sydneys most elegantly restored Neo Gothic buildings located in the heart of Sydney. Modelled on the Chicago Tribune building and opened in 1930, the Grace Building was originally the headquarters of the Australian department store, Grace Bros. Converted into The Grace Hotel in 1997 it stands beautifully renovated with many of the original features restored and retained.
The Grace is perfectly located, with the best shopping, theatres and attractions including King Street Wharf and Darling Harbour only a short stroll away. Guests will be delighted to locate the iconic Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Botanic Gardens and Chinatown nearby. The Grace Hotel is approximately 25 minutes from Sydney International Airport. Transfers from the airport to the hotel are available by private taxi, private coach or mini bus.The hotel is located on the corner of King and York Street, with the main entrance located in York Street.
