Many of Sydneys most famous attractions are well within strolling distance Sydney Harbour, The Rocks, Darling Harbour and many more.Each apartment offers a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 or 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities and the luxury of 1 or 2 terrace balconies. Unfortunately, no panoramic views of the harbour or famous landmarks are seen from any apartment, although we are within walking distance. Upon arrival: All guests are required to product a passport or photo identification upon check-in. A pre-authorisation of $50-$200 per night on a credit card to cover incidental charges will apply. If paying by cash or debit card a security bond between $500 - $1000 (to cover incidental charges) will apply. The bond is fully refundable on check out if not utilised. THE YORK DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, GATHERINGS OR VISITORS WITHIN THE APARTMENTS AT ANY TIME!! GUESTS IGNORING THIS POLICY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES!
