Denis and Andre now have a Cottage with total waterfront and bush setting available to hire for the night or longer, in addition to our sport goods for hire and Bush Putt Putt and Native Nursery.
It’s the nearest cottage to the shoreline on the Tasman Peninsula nested on a small hill, in French a monticule, overlooking historic Long Bay.
Our cottage is conveniently located, just six kilometres from the Tasman Devil Park coming from Hobart or 4.6 kilometres coming from the Port Arthur (Convict) Historic Site. You can swim nearby.
At your backdoor are acres of State Forest providing a peaceful bushland setting, and only 10 minutes walk away is the entrance to Tasman (Fortescue Bay) National Park, with a multitude of bushwalks to do, from challenging Sea Cliff climbs to easy beach walks.
You are only a few minutes drive from The Port Arthur (Convict) Historic Site, 10 minutes from Remarkable Cave, 15 minutes from Nubeena, half an hour drive to the Wild surf beach of Roaring, or visit the Historic Coal Mines Site 45 minutes drive away.
You can swim, surf, bushwalk, or just relax in our cosy cottage.
Breakfast or dinner are just a few minutes drive to the Fox and Hounds Hotel or the Mussel Boys (our favourites).
Among the experiences during your stay with Denis and Sally are nature walking, golf, scuba diving and horse riding all located nearby.
