Derwent Hideaway is by the water at Austins Ferry and is located 15 minutes north of the Hobart CBD. The property sleeps up to 9 adults in 3 bedrooms and all rooms have majestic views of the river and Mt Direction. The configuration is a queen with ensuite, double, two singles in the third bedroom. The two extra beds are a sofa bed and a day bed in the living room. A portacot is also available on request.
The property has a modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hotplates, stove and fridge. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There is a seperate barbecue area with a second dining table and chairs. All linen and crockery are provided and there is a TV, stereo etc. and stove for warmth.
There is a large garden dominated by two historic oaks planted by Lady Franklin and a great outdoor area for relaxation.

    To get to Derwent Hideaway find your way onto the Main Road in the Claremont/Austins Ferry area and follow it north or south as the case may be to Austins Ferry. Austins Ferry Road is opposite the stone gates to historic Roseneath Park. Turn first right after the parks down Harbinger Lane. You will see 4 Harbinger Lane is Derwent Hideaway.

It has a master bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with shower and toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed and bedroom with two single beds are served by a second bathroom and separate toilet.
    The property has a modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hotplates, stove and fridge. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. On the balcony there is a gas barbecue and second dining table and chairs.
