Hide-Away Cottage Retreat, situated eight kilometres south of Burnie, is a great place to recharge your batteries without busting your bank account! It’s a cosy, self contained, two storey spacious cottage, set amongst trees on a two hectare woodland/rural acreage. It has all the rustic appeal of a hand hewn cottage but is thoroughly modern and comfortable on the inside.
A generous sized verandah, around two sides of the cottage, enables you to enjoy the extended evenings in peace and comfort.
Some days you may want to sit around the fire, take a spa or read a book, watch a digital video display or listen to soothing music on days when you are feeling a bit more adventurous, you might want to head one hour further up the trail to internationally renowned Cradle Mountain.
You can bring your whole family here. In terms of beds, there’s a comfortable master bedroom with queen size, firm bed, a twin share and a double sofa bed plus child cot in the upsatirs lounge.
Quality bedding and linen is provided.
Please note that the minimum stay is two days and a 10% discount applies for stays over four days.
