Pioneer Cottage, situated in New Norfolk, is a 1940’s luxury character house, fully self-contained. Three bedrooms sleep six guests. There are two living areas with television, digital video display and compact disc player. There is a deck with a barbeque and the furnishings are of the era of the home.
The kitchen has all the necessities to prepare a lovely meal and even has a cappicino machine for a nice cup of coffee.
The garage has internal access with a remote control.
The views from the house are of the Derwent River and mountain ranges. The large yard is fully fenced with landscaped gardens, complete with fruit trees and veggie garden.
Pioneer Cottage is located in the heart of historic New Norfolk. Across from Arthur Square, it is walking distance to all amenities and just 30 minutes from Hobart.
