Scamander Beach Resort Hotel is a 60 room, motel style resort that offers a great place to relax and take in the sights of our gorgeous east coast. There is Tote and Keno facilities and a well stocked bottle shop for your convenience.
Come and stay where the beach is just across the road with lovely golden sand that may only have your footprints in it.
Close to National Parks, the penguins at Bicheno, St Columba Falls and Pyengana Cheese factory. Scamander Beach Resort Hotel is a great place to base.

Scamander Beach Resort Hotel is located on the Tasman Hwy in between Bicheno and St Helens on the east coast of Tasmania.

Out and About
Scamander has a Post Office with On-line Access Centre and two small shops within walking distance. Further down the road there is a service station and supermarket. The Scamander River offers a great venue for canoeing, skiing, fishing and the ocean is great for surfing and other forms of water activities.
