Our family operated motel is situated on the fringe of the Mildura CBD, quietly tucked away from the busy highway. Being in walking distance from many restaurants, shops, bus terminal and the Murray River gives our location the ultimate advantage.
Make use of the BBQ facilities and the outdoor swimming pool to relax, and with undercover off street parking for 9 rooms for those summer days, non-smoking rooms and queen beds available, we have enough to offer most travellers.

How to get to 7th Street Motel
The V-Line Bus Station is only just across the road enabling guests to walk to our motel. Arriving from Melbourne or Adelaide - drive up Deakin Avenue counting down the streets from Fifteenth Street (Calder Highway). At the T junction on Seventh Street, turn left at the Grand Hotel, and we are located 250 metres on the left hand side.

Our motel is within easy reach to many of Milduras assets. With the CBD just around the corner to shop the day away, restuarants (including Stephano's), The Murray River and other local attractions nearby, the convenience to walk everywhere is at your fingertips.

Each room is equipped with a direct dial telephone with a modem port for especially convenient for the corporate traveller. Faxing is also available at a cost of 50c per page through reception.
