Wildlife is a feature of Alpine Park with flocks of brilliantly coloured King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas and numerous other birds. You may even see the shy Platypus in the river or an Echidna foraging in the garden. Possums are in abundance and you may see the occasional wombat, wallaby or blue tongue lizard.
