One of Mt Martha’s best kept secrets - a two-story purpose built sandstone bed & breakfast right opposite a beautiful secluded and safe swimming beach. Magnificent views of the bay and glorious sunsets. Suites luxuriously appointed with couches, tables and chairs, television, fridge, tea/coffee/toast making facilities. These ground floor suites have large ensuites and double spas, reverse cycle heat/cool, TV/DVD’s. Comfortable queen bed suite, also has roll out double bed, king bed suite has a roll out single bed or can be converted to three singles. This suite also caters for Special Needs. A delicious cooked breakfast is included in the tariff and brought to the rooms. Privacy is assured at all times. A fully equipped kitchen, atrium room and laundry is also available for longer stays. Beautiful gardens and barbecue available for guests’ use. It is a short stroll to Mt Martha Village, either along the beach or the footpath and five minutes by car to the seaside town of Mornington. There is also a walking and bike track to Mornington and Mt Martha Village. Mt Martha is a small seaside village with gourmet restaurants and side cafes as well as a small shopping centre. Mornington is a larger seaside resort with shops, hotels, nightlife and a large choice of casual and gourmet restaurants and side cafes which line the main street. Mornington Peninsula is the heart of some of the world’s most renowned golf courses and wineries, all within 10-15 minutes drive. You don’t play golf or drink wine? Then why not try out one of the many craft markets in the area, or an antique/gallery shop. For the more sporty try a water sport like swimming with dolphins or seals, go fishing or horse riding along the wild beach of Gunamatta. And there’s always a country horse racing meetings. And don’t forget to take a short drive to the brand new Peninsula Hot Springs. Gourmet restaurants, sidewalk cafes are all located with 5-10 minutes. And a ride on the ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff is a must for the kids also - if they are lucky they will see the dolphins riding along at the front of the boat.
