Swan Hill is a 3 1/2 hour drive north from Melbourne along the Calder Hwy to Bendigo and onto the Murray Valley Hwy through Kerang to Swan Hill. The Murray River Motel is located 1.4km south of the town centre opposite the City Golf Course and Race Track. We provide courtesy pick up from train and coach.

The Motel is within walking distance to the Pioneer Settlement Museum.
The Settlement features an entire main street of more than fifty historic buildings taken from Swan Hill and the surrounding districts. It also boasts a collection of restored carriages, old cars, trucks, tractors and a steam train. They even have wagon rides for the kids.
