Lorne is a major holiday destination only two hours drive from Melbourne.It is situated on the Great Ocean Road and is surrounded by the Otways rainforest.
The Lorne beach is popular year round, being a safe swimming beach for families, with small waves for body surfers and occasionally some larger surf for the more adventurous.The beach stretches uninterrupted for some five kilometres and provides a lovely stretch of sand for walking, jogging and for yoga in the summer.
