It has a boundary with the 8,000 acre Cape Liptrap Coastal Park. Located on rural acres it has truly magnificent seascape views of Wilsons Promontory National Park and 12 Bass Strait Islands (including 2 Tasmanian Islands). Lounge/dining ara has a large open log fireplace and spectacular views. The Prom Restaurant and Bar is fully licensed and features the best fresh local produce and local wines.
