Sandy Bay is a quiet, shady, grassed beachfront Holiday Park located 5km
west of Busselton town center. It is separated from the beach only by a cycle way which reaches past the town center, Busselton’s famous 2km wooden Jetty and the New Underwater Observatory.
We have 9 Swiss Chalets that can sleep up to 4 people and 9 Rammed Earth Chalets that can sleep up to 6 people. All the chalets are very cozy with a slow combustion wood fireplace, comfortable open living dining and lounge area with TV. All the
main bedrooms have queen size beds.
Norman Road is a quiet no through road, just past one of the last remaining drive-in cinemas. Our holiday park is an ideal base for day trips to explore the Margaret River Wine Region, world-class surfing, caves, bush walking through the tall tree country.
We also have caravan and camping sites available.

All cancellations for this property forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

Extra Guest / Children
Rates are for 2 people any extra people pay $10.00 per person per night. Infants from 0 – 1yrs are free and 1yr + have to pay $10.00 per person per night.
The Swiss Chalet can sleep up to 4 people, i.e. 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.


How to get to Sandy Bay Holiday Park
When entering Busselton - turn left at the lights. Travel for about 5km and you will see a Drive-in cinema on your left, Norman Road is the 2nd road to the right after the Drive-in. We are the last property on the right hand side before the beach.

Out and About
Between us and the beach is a cycle parth which takes you to Busselton’s famous 2km wooden Jetty and the New Underwater Observatory. Explore the Margaret River Wine Region, world-class surfing, caves, bush walking through the tall tree country. We are 8 min walking distance to a food-hall, newsagenty and mini-mart, pub and restaurants.
