Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for this property forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

Extra Guest / Children

Prices listed are for 2 people, extra guests are charged at $20 per person per night. Children under 12 years of age are charged at 2 children per person rate.

***Please note the Marina 3 Bedroom Self Contained Villa is based on a 2 night minimum stay.***

If you do require a 1 night stay there is a $40 extra surcharge payable direct.

How to get to Waterside Villas

From Busselton Town Centre get onto Peel Terrace (opposite Tourist Bureau)heading east, turn right at T Junction follow this road which becomes Layman Road, follow this out for 6km until you see the Marina on your left hand side. Turn left into Spinnaker Boulevard then left into Port Geographe Marina, come in to Tides Tavern & Restaurant to book in.

Out and About

All villas are situated around the spectacular Port Geographe Marina, learn to sail, hire your own yacht or dinghy, take a fishing charter or dive around the Historic Busselton Jetty or nearby HMAS Swan Dive Wreck. Fish off the beach or Busselton Jetty or enjoy a stroll along the pristine Wonnerup Beach just 100m away. Watch the public or professional fisherman unload their catch, you can even purchase live lobsters from the Marina (in season) and cook up in the comfort of your own villa, you may even be lucky enough to catch a crab nearby.

The historic Busselton Jetty is only 6km away (longest in the Southern Hemisphere), you can enjoy a stroll along the jetty or visit the fantastic NEW Underwater Observatory (weather permitting) at the end of the Jetty. If a winery tour is more to your liking we are at the gateway to the world renowned Margaret River Wine Region.
