Check-in.com.au grows in the online accommodation space

Launch of 28 day online booking window gives customers access to the best available prices from hotels

(SYDNEY, Australia) 2 October 2006 – Check-in.com (www.check-in.com.au), one of Australia’s most popular travel and accommodation websites, announced today that it has launched its 28 day booking window.

Check-in.com.au gets the best available prices from hotels by only showing their allotment for the next 28 days. By offering bookings 28 days in advance, Check-in.com.au gets access to cheaper rates from hotels who are trying to sell rooms that look like they will remain empty if left at the full rate.

Along with the Check-in.com.au online quoting engine that allows year round bookings, with each specific request being individually answered by the hotels reservation staff.

“As a result of launching our 28 day booking window as well as our online quoting engine, we are looking to continue the growth we have enjoyed over the past 3.5 years”. said Simon Isaacs, managing director of Check-in.com.au.

“Check-in.com.au’s extension to a 28-day booking window, as well as a significant increase in the number of accommodation providers listed on the site, has given consumers more confidence to wait and book online,” he added.
