  1. How do I make a reservation?
    It is very easy to book your accommodation with check-in.com.au, simply click the ″booking guide ″ button above.

  2. Can I make a reservation for more than one room?
    Yes, you can select the number of rooms required simply by entering the number in the property's drop down box.

  3. Can I choose where I want my room located ie; on the 1st floor; smoking/non-smoking; what about other requests?
    You are welcome to enter your requests in the comments box provided. Your accommodation provider will aim to accommodate your needs but can only guarantee them subject to availability.

  4. Is the room rate per person or per nite?
    All room rates advertised are quoted on a nightly basis for the room or apartment, unless otherwise stated. There may be additional charges for extra guests.

  5. Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
    Yes, you will need to provide us with your valid credit card details, in order to secure your reservation at your chosen destination.

  6. How do I know my credit card details are safe?
    We treat all your personal details as strictly confidential. Your credit card details will only be used for the purposes of booking your accommodation. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are transmitted with the use of 128bit encryption methods. Check-in.com.au uses AN EV SSL certificate issued by "GoDaddy", a world leader of online security.

  7. Who will charge my credit card?
    To secure your booking at the last minute rate, payment for your accommodation plus a booking fee is payable at the time of booking.

  8. How do I know my reservation is guaranteed?
    Your reservation is guaranteed once you receive a confirmation e-mail from us. You will usually receive this within 5 minutes of your booking. Please print the confirmation page and present it to reception upon arrival.

  9. What if a Hotel is overbooked?
    All availability on www.check-in.com.au is uploaded and managed directly by each hotel and once you have received your confirmation, your reservation is confirmed. If for any reason the hotel is not able to accommodated you. The hotel will find you alternative accommodation in a hotel of equal star rating at an equal rate.

  10. What happens if I need to amend or cancel my booking?
    Should you need to change your reservation ie dates, room type etc..please contact check-in.com.au as soon as possible.

    Some changes may incur a small administration fee.

    In the case of cancelling a booking all together or a "no show" please refer to our customer terms and conditions.

  11. How can I contact check-in.com.au in an emergency?
